Shipping Policy
Every bag ships from Atlanta, GA. We take the same care getting it to you as the farmers took growing it.
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Our system selects the best carrier based on your delivery zone and availability. Every shipment includes full tracking from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it reaches yours.
Orders are processed and packaged within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Saturday. USPS offers Saturday delivery in select locations — check your tracking link for the most accurate delivery estimate.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the number of bags and your delivery address.

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Track directly at usps.com or ups.com.
Subscription orders follow the same shipping process. Your coffee ships on your selected schedule — weekly or biweekly — from Atlanta, GA. Tracking is included with every shipment.

- Maximum order quantity is 3 bags per order. For larger quantities, contact us directly.
- ToStart Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe — reach out. We will work with the carrier to make it right.
